Book 2 of the new Jake Fisher mystery / crime drama series is finished in its first draft form. In this story, Jake reluctantly takes on a coworker’s request to take pictures of her cheating husband. He does the job, but something about what he sees doesn’t look right. Upon further investigation, Jake finds the husband tangled up with organized crime, and that involvement inadvertently bleeds over into Jake’s personal life. To make matters worse, Jake is suspended from his school security job at Hunter’s Run due to an altercation with a violent student. With his life falling around him in all directions, Jake must ask for help from an old mercenary colleague, Josh Rimone. But will Josh’s help be enough to save him from the danger on all sides?
